Barron Trump shows his true colours as he comes face to face with Joe Biden

Barron Trump was seen extending a handshake to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris immediately after his father, Donald Trump, was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States. It happened just moments after President Trump, at age 78, took his oath of office on January 20 at the Capitol Building, administered by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.
As Trump raised his right hand, with Melania at his side holding two significant Bibles—one a gift from his mother, the other the revered Lincoln Bible once used by Abraham Lincoln—his family, including sons Eric and Donald Jr., and daughter Ivanka, filed into the Capitol Rotunda to await the ceremony. Yet it was the youngest member of the Trump family, Barron, who captured viewers’ attention with his politeness: offering a gracious handshake to the then-outgoing President Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris right after his father’s swearing-in.
According to lip reader Jeremy Freeman, the 18-year-old Barron greeted Mr. Biden with “G’day to you, sir,” and then turned to Kamala Harris, adding, “Ma’am, good day.” Video of his courteous gesture circulated widely on X (formerly Twitter), with many applauding Barron’s “class.” One observer noted, “Barron has been raised right,” while another quipped, “Barron Trump 2044 campaign starts now.” User Miss Meg expressed her approval by calling him “a classy, well brought-up young man,” adding, “As a mother, I am moved. God bless him.”
