Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff: A Taste of Paradise


This no-bake dessert is a perfect way to bring the sunshine and flavors of Hawaii to your table. Itโ€™s light, creamy, and bursting with pineapple, coconut, and sweet surprise ingredients.


For the Fluff

  • Macadamia Nuts, Toasted and Chopped: ยฝ cup
  • Coconut Cream Instant Pudding Mix: 2 (3.4 oz) packages
  • Crushed Pineapple with Juices: 1 (20 oz) can
  • Crushed Pineapple with Juices: 1 (8 oz) can
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 (14 oz) can
  • Maraschino Cherries, Drained: 1 (16 oz) jar
  • Mini Marshmallows: 3 cups
  • Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed: 1 (16 oz) container

For Garnish (Optional)

  • Whipped Cream
  • Maraschino Cherries
  • Toasted Macadamia Nuts


Setting the Tropical Stage

  1. Combine Pudding Mix and Pineapple:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut cream instant pudding mix with both cans of crushed pineapple, including all the juices.
    • Stir well until the pudding mix dissolves completely, creating a smooth and well-combined pineapple pudding base.

Sweetness and Creaminess

  1. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk:
    • Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and continue stirring until everything is well incorporated. This adds sweetness and creaminess to the fluff.
