Loaded Cheesy Pocket Tacos

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • Crumble the ground beef into a skillet and cook until thoroughly browned.
    • Drain excess grease from the skillet.
    • Add the packet of Taco seasoning mix, following the instructions on the package.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Mix:
    • In a medium-sized bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add the salsa to the cream cheese and blend well.
  3. Assemble the Tacos:
    • Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla.
    • Top the cheese mixture with a spoonful of seasoned ground beef, ensuring coverage.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
  4. Fold and Bake:
    • Fold the tortillas and filling, similar to wrapping a burrito.
    • Lightly spray a baking tray and preheat the oven to 350°F.
